Movement Goals

The movement's goals are subject to its vision, and upon their achievement, they will be replaced by new goals that will advance the great path: ONE LAW, ONE LAND, ONE GOD.

These are the movement's initial goals:

The return of the captives at any cost

The liberation of the captives is a supreme moral obligation. The movement will act to return them as a first priority, with resolute action and full responsibility to bring them home swiftly.

Decentralization and rehabilitation of the security system

The movement will work to ensure the security of all inhabitants of the land from internal and external threats, through a renewed examination of the power structure, the responsibility of the ranks, the manner of operating the security systems, and the need for decentralization, restraint, and rehabilitation of the entire security apparatus.

Reduction of government ministries to 12 ministries

The movement will work to establish an efficient, streamlined, and functioning government, in which the number of government ministries — including the Prime Minister's office — will not exceed twelve ministries by law.

Establishment of the Fourth Authority — the Council of the People

The movement will work to establish a new authority that will express politically and constitutionally the various communities in the land. The Council of the People will be a home for all peoples, communities, faiths, and tribes living here, and will pave the way for shared, equal, and good life in one land.

Fostering culture, heritage, and spiritual life in the land

The movement will work to enrich culture, heritage, and spiritual life in the land, supporting creators, cultural institutions, study houses, spiritual institutions, art, literature, and education — both secular and religious alike. This is based on the understanding that the spiritual life of the People of the Book decisively shapes its life, character, and path in the Land of Israel.

Ending the national-Zionist framework as the sole form of governance in the land, and establishing one constitutional-federal Covenant for all inhabitants of the land

Zionism has completed its historic mission in returning the people of Israel to their land. Yet it cannot be the final station of Israel’s vision.

Now a higher stage is required: a transition from a nation-state struggling for its existence to one land Covenant that enacts Righteousness and Justice for all inhabitants of the land.

Under this banner, the movement will work to establish one federal political framework across the entire land: ONE LAW for every person, full community liberty for all peoples, communities, and faiths, and a shared political home for all who live on this soil.
